Here in the Winter months of Idaho our lakes and many swimming areas have very low water levels.  This is the perfect time to detect for coins, artifacts and jewelry, provided the ground is not frozen.  One of my good friends (Tony) and I went detecting at a local swimming hole for some jewelry.  I found 2 gold rings and one other one that we still need to identify.  This is a Class of 1973 Boise High School ring that I found with the Minelab Explorer.  I too went to BHS but did not graduate until 1984.  I have already contacted the school and am trying to find the original owner. We’ll be able to find the owner pretty easily I hope on this one.
