How often do get involved with a hobby only to find out that your family members can not do it, or you can only do this hobby in certain areas?  Here is the solution. The hobby of metal detecting is the WINNER. It has been in my family for over 30 years is your ticket and path to success.  No matter where you go on vacation, drive, train, bus, or fly, you can take the metal detector with you and go look for treasure. The actual detecting and finding the prizes are just part of the fun.  Then you go home and categorize the treasures you found looking for info in books and on the internet.   Doing research of old schools, parks and gathering sites for future trips can be just as rewarding.  Know matter where in the Unites States or many foreign countries you go to, you can use a metal detector and have fun in the outdoors in search of history or riches just beneath your feet.
